A hefty selection of tracks, a number outdoing the previous roster (Sonic Riders Zero Gravity had 19 racers including non-Sonic SEGA stars) and a variety of gameplay modes could make Free Riders one of the most unique and fun Kinect games of 2010. I hope now that the game will include the level of content worthy of a full priced Kinect title. Instead, I’ll say that I am very pleased to see Free Riders as a full release.
In a rare act of gaming journalism, I will not type any negative remarks about Sonic, the Kinect or the price. The fact that this is box art, that shelves will be “hit” and that the price is in line with the other retail Kinect titles makes this pretty much confirmed as a physical release.
